Thanks so much to all of you for watching + encouraging me as I learn how to draw! It’s been a fun process—learning new approaches + techniques. And really, I’m just a designer who likes drawing + am trying to improve.
Here’s my finished homework assignment.

I used gesso as a blending medium for the face. I layered it in the background to create added texture in the labyrinth wall. And there ya have it. Enjoy!

    He looks a touch sad :( What's his story I wonder. Maybe he just wandered into NYC for the first time and was startled by all the lights and people, so, in shock, he slowly sank down against a brick wall.
