Stina Persson’s figures are stunning + elegant! Her signature look: bold, vibrant ink, watercolor, + gouache pieces adorned with collaged bits of Mexican paper (commonly used at festivals). I adore her bleeding, raw edges.
Bio:
Stina Persson was born in Lund, Sweden in 1972. She attended the Accademia in Perugia, Italy (Fine Art), traveled to Florence (for fashion), + then traveled off to Pratt Institute, NY (for her major in illustration). She’s currently freelancing in NYC. =)
