Did you know that Cut Copy’s frontman, Dan Whitford, is also a graphic designer? Dan is half of the Australian design studio, Altar. Along side his friend Jonathan Wallace (who almost became a lawyer, following in his parents’ footsteps, had he not discovered graphic design), they’ve worked in the fields of music, fashion, + film. Altar is responsible for the aesthetics of uber-trendy Modular music label in addition to the creative concepts for the MTV Australia Music Video Awards.
