Video painter + musician: Takagi Masakatsu

Lately I’ve been listening to Takagi Masakatsu’s pretty, ambient, electronic music. Digital melodies with soft, soothing piano. It’s quite good background music for working + it’s very peaceful.
Bio:
Takagi Masakatsu was born in the late 1970s + currently lives + works out of Kyoto. He’s a classically trained pianist who travels the world with his video camera in search of new visuals to accompany his music. Takagi finds the simple beauty in everyday scenes—water falling, children laughing, crowds shuffling, birds scattering, etc.
In addition to presenting + performing his video installations, Mr. Masakatsu also produces music videos, and creates audio for commercials and film.
