I’m always surprised when I see my art pop up in unexpected places. It’s really cool see it on other blog sites, & I get a kick out of knowing that folks are enjoying it. The First Kiss print has been linked too many times to count. I just found out that it’s number 5 on the Google image search for “first kiss” and number 14 for “kiss.”
Well, I just opened my email & saw my Penguin avatar being used in a Theadless newsletter. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. But uh, there it is:

Erm, I’ve gotten a few emails, so I’ll address the topic here. Penguin & I did not design or assist with the design of this Threadless tee shirt. We are also not affiliated with the designer.
Just for future reference:
We get a bunch of requests to link to our NvP images, & you’re more than welcome to (as long as you’re not passing them off as your own, profiting from them, altering them, participating in acts of vandalism with them, or hurting anyone). And we’d appreciate if you’d source & link back to us.
Threadless didn’t ask permission/cite us, but we’ll let them slide this time. ~__^
