Short: Back to the Future (Sweded)

Michel Gondry’s film Be Kind Rewind might have done more for indie filmmaking than anything else. It gave us permission to go low budget.
This is a great example of a sweded movie because of the following elements:
- Short - The concept doesn’t overstay it’s welcome by sticking to the strict narrative.
- Familiarity - It builds off the audience’s familiarity of the film, allowing you to get away with doing a lot less.
- Memorable Scenes - It focuses on those iconic and memorable scenes that everyone loves.
