I love the idea of mashing up western with scifi. If you haven’t had a chance, check out Cowboy Bebop. It’s a great anime that infuses the feel of the west with space travel and Jazz.
I also like the 60’s look and feel of the whole video juxtaposed with the holographs and lasers.
