Zach: Hey, The Cure is on tour! I heard it announced on the radio this morning. Do you want to go?

Me: Sure. Let me know when you are going to order tickets.

Zach: We have plenty of time. I mean, they’re so old. They’ll still have tickets. Calm down, woman.

Later that evening…

Zach: So I checked online. They’ve already sold out.

The Cure will release a new single on the 13th of each month until the release of their still 13th studio album, which comes out in September. The first single The Only One will be released this May 13th.

    Cupcake??! That's a new one. OK, then, the next time they go on tour then.
  • Simmer down there, cupcake. I'm sure they'll have a proper tour once the album's out.
  • i have in my possession a silk screen LP cover done by hand by the Cure, it was their first LP pressing. they made their own LP sleeve, which they printed on 12 x 24 bristol board and then folded to hold the LP. unfolded it was a poster. the image is of a small boy on crutches...the ink used was florescent orange on pale blue board.

    i have it hidden. just incase a bunch of rabid Cure fans come over one day.
