Alex Holdridge’s romantic comedy, In Search of a Midnight Kiss, follows two cynics who meet on Craigslist for a New Year’s Eve blind date.
We premiered In Search of a Midnight Kiss at Tribeca and it sold to IFC Films. We took it over to the U.K. and Edinburgh, it sold. We took it to Greece and it sold there. It’s hard to believe something’s finally happening because you know how much the odds are stacked against you. If this one hadn’t worked, I don’t know how I would have handled it. I put every single thing I had into this movie, all my knowledge of film, and I hope people like it.
