I Am Legend Alternate Ending (text)

Since the Warner Bros. took down the I Am Legend Alternate Ending, I haven’t been able to find an alternative. So I will describe what happens.
The head vampire pounds on the glass in Nevil’s basement, finally slowing. He uses his grimy hands to rub what looks like a butterfly onto the glass. Nevil looks down at the female vampire on the rolling table, lifts her to see a butterfly tattoo. The head vampire takes a few steps back and Nevil realizes what he needs to do.
He tells the girl to open the door and he rolls out the female vampire. Vampires surround Nevil as he goes to get a syringe, ready to pounce, but the head vampire yells, and they stop. Nevil injects the female vampire with something, and her heart rate increases. The head vampire and the female nuzzle heads as he picks her up. He smiles a huge vampire smile and they all leave.
The final scene, Nevil and the other girl drive across a bridge. A radio transmission plays, saying that they are traveling north.
