Whew, it feels nice to flex my Illustrator muscles again! I’ve been falling behind with my open source monsters, so I sort of cheated and combined blots 8, 9, + 10 together. I hope you like it (I made a lil’ cameo, too). I will post the process later.

I still need to get some sleep in. I gave in and took a 4 hr nap after my last post. It’s 6:52 AM now, + I need to catch a bus into the city in 6-7 hrs? So I bid you farewell for now. If any of you are attending the AIGA fresh dialogue, I’ll see you there!
Good nite!
Sleepy smiles,
Ninja =)
PS. About two weeks ago, I received a notice that my NvP email inbox is full, + unfortunately I’m still not able to access it. I apologize for those who’ve written me (thanks for your letters). I promise I’ll write you back as soon as I get this all sorted out. I’m guessing you folks want more letterpress info?

I realize that I’m cutting this pretty close, but here’s my Mother’s Day letterpress guide. I was originally going to have a whole list of different products, but it was far too scattered. So I just figured that I’d stick with something I knew + loved—letterpress ephemera! A lot of people ask where I get my fabulous stationary from, so I thought I’d share some of my online shops with you. =)

Greenwich Letterpress—Nature Calls card set ($16 for a set of assorted 8 cards)

Paper Stories—Aviary card set ($20 for an assorted set of 6 cards)

Paper Monkey Press—Hot Pink Flower Coasters ($8 for package of 8 coasters)

Milkfed Press—Vintage Lingerie postcard ($2 per postcard)

Hammerpress—Beauty art print ($8 per print)

Rinzen—Sozi Poster, signed edition of 62 (25 Euro, includes shipping Australia, takes 4 weeks for deliver in the States). This one would be really cute for a mum-to-be, but it would be a rather belated gift.
I’ve got more shops tucked away in my memory. So if you’re looking for something else, feel free to drop me a line:

I’ve been mostly confined to my room w/ just a laptop, nappies, and congee. I had plans of cleaning, but I didn’t clean as much as I would have liked (random headaches and dizziness).
While sitting in bed, I stumbled across this letterpress blog, The Fine Print, from Pressure Printing.
Enjoy!
