Here’s a small taste of Tim Burton’s Museum of Modern Art exhibit! It opens this Sunday, November 22, 2009 and runs to April 26, 2010.

This retrospective features Burton’s childhood drawings, student artwork, paintings, sketchbooks, concept artwork, storyboards, puppets, and costumes.

Here’s a sneak peek at the much-anticipated accompanying book for James Jean’s show, Kindling: New Works on Paper and Canvas, at the Jonathan Levine Gallery. The Kindling book contains 12 high-quality, removable prints in addition to process sketches and drawings from James Jean’s exhibition of the same title. It will be available from Chronicle Books in September 2009.
