Cheery post-apocalyptic drama

I just watched screenwriter/director John August’s hilarious, well-cast pilot for The Remnants, a comedy revolving around group of survivors in post-apocalyptic Los Angeles in search for food and answers.
The show stars Michael Cassidy, Ben Falcone, Ernie Hudson, Amanda Walsh, and Justine Bateman alongside interweb star, Ze Frank. In The Remnants, Ze plays a font designer, and yes, he is sporting a Helvetica shirt.
